Anyone else get way too hooked on cup shuffle games lately?

I randomly opened the game late at night after a rough football session and thought I’d just try a few rounds to cool off. Ended up sitting there for almost an hour because the pace pulls you in fast. At first I kept guessing too quickly and lost several small bets in a row, but then I slowed down and started paying attention to the movement patterns instead of rushing. Had one streak where I hit four correct picks back to back and honestly thought I figured the game out… then lost the next two instantly. Feels simple on the surface, but after a while you realize concentration matters more than luck alone.

I’ve played something very similar for a while now, and honestly the biggest mistake is trying to force patterns where there aren’t any. These games are way more about pacing yourself than chasing wins. What helped me was slowing down and not overreacting after a loss streak, because that’s usually where people spiral. If you’re curious, this is what I use: thimbles — it’s the same kind of setup with the quick rounds and simple mechanics, but the experience feels different depending on how you approach it. I treat it more like a short focus game now rather than something to “solve,” and it honestly makes it a lot less stressful and way more enjoyable overall.
