Our league’s goal is total player development. Our league will work the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense while also developing the total athlete with performance fitness work in agility, conditioning, and reaction drills. Finally, we will work on things like spacing, moving without the ball, seeing the field and so much more. We will have professional coaches who teach the game the right way to build confidence and set the kids up to be successful on and off the field. We will maintain a low-stress environment for the players with a focus on development and, of course, FUN! We will demand that players and parents conduct themselves appropriately and exhibit good sportsmanship with a ZERO tolerance policy.

How Does the league work?

• Games and practices will be held on Mondays from 6-8pm

• Teams will play from either 6-7 or 7-8p (one 60 min session each week)

• League will run from December - February

• Games and practices will be held at School 12 at 475 1st St. Troy NY 12180

• 2 weeks of player assessment / practices

• 7 weeks of practice & game play

• Rosters will consist of 7-8 players

• All ability levels are welcome to participate

• Open to boys & girls ages 7-12
